How do I upload a document?
Sign in and go to your dashboard or library, then upload a PDF or DOCX file. Processing usually completes within a few minutes depending on document length.
Which file types are supported?
We support PDF and Microsoft Word (.docx) documents. Other formats may be added over time.
How do I cancel my subscription?
For web subscriptions, open Billingand cancel before your renewal date. For subscriptions purchased through the Apple App Store or Google Play, cancel in your device's subscription settings.
How do I delete my data?
Delete individual documents from your library at any time. To remove your entire account and associated data, follow the steps on our account deletion page.
